为了探讨食品抽检中菌落总数指标复检的可能性,通过对水活度较低的预包装食品乳粉、营养米粉、燕麦片、膨化食品、蜂蜜进行菌落总数测定,对低水分活度预包装食品菌落总数指标的稳定性进行分析。结果表明,同一批次、同一储存条件的未开封预包装食品在不同保存周期内菌落总数在统计学上无显著差异,本研究结果可为低水分活度预包装菌落总数的复查可行性提供参考依据。 相似文献

为了分析供应链运作过程中存在风险的性质,采用贝叶斯网的方式,构建了供应链风险因素、风险事件之间的系统模型,并在量子概率的基础上,分析各种风险发生的规律,并分析了供应链风险事件之间存在的共同发生的可能性。结论认为:供应链风险是一个具有多源、多维、交叉等多种属性的复杂系统,其中,道德风险与牛鞭效应最容易发生,双重边际效应、资金链断裂以及牛鞭效应的影响最大;若干种风险之间按照一个较高的概率发生着共振现象。 相似文献

针对无线通信中的物理层信息安全问题,在无线安全协作网络中提出了一种基于快慢速链路自适应融合的安全中继选择方法。该方法根据移动速度选择链路自适应类型,根据干扰节点对安全容量的“正”或“负”效应使用或不使用干扰节点,基于安全容量最大化准则进行中继选择。在此基础上,对所提安全中继选择方法进行了性能分析,推导了中断概率表达式。中断概率的仿真曲线和理论曲线很吻合,验证了理论分析的正确性。同时,仿真结果显示,相对于采用单一快速链路自适应,基于所提中继选择方法的安全协作通信系统具有更低的误码率和更大的安全容量,在“正效应”条件下干扰节点有助于提升系统安全容量。 相似文献

Although retail atmospherics has been an active area of study, a glance around a typical mall indicates many retailers still do not actively differentiate their retail environment from competitors. This is likely due to retailers considering the atmospheric elements (lighting, music, etc.) individually and making decisions regarding the elements based on what is “standard” for their customers, merchandise, and format. This approach leads to very little differentiation and fails to consider that today’s consumer is often expecting a more multi-sensory, interactive, and holistic shopping experience. This paper considers an alternative approach, where a brand dictated “theme” is used to guide the manipulation of the atmospheric elements. This allows retail brands to break free from standard design to create a more interactive, immersive, and authentic environment. Outcomes include increases in shopping enjoyment, positive brand attitudes, and brand loyalty. The increasing trend in social media changes the landscape of crisis communication and thus, calls for innovation in hotel crisis management practices. This research examined how New York City hotels responded to recent issues surrounding the bed bug crisis on the social media site TripAdviosr. This study adopted a mixed methods research design. The quantitative findings revealed that hotels’ response behaviors were associated with organizational factors (e.g. hotel's popularity, average rating, and star rating) and the rating of online reviews. The qualitative findings indicated that hotels employed various types of strategies in the response, which were dominated by strategies of bolstering and enhancing. In conclusion, this study addressed the need for a proactive approach in hotel crisis management and provided practical implications. 相似文献

Using panel data from nine European countries over the period 1970 to 2007, we examine the impact of information and communication technology (ICT) on the demand for older workers (aged 50 and over). We find evidence of a decrease in demand for older workers in the 1970s and 1980s. It can be argued that the impact of ICT on demand for older workers is skill-biased. However, the skill-biased demand for older workers is mainly reflected in the skill-biased changes in employment shares rather than relative wages. There is some evidence of a gradual deskilling of older workers. We find that labour market institutions such as the national minimum wage, social pacts on wage issues and union density mostly benefit skilled older workers, while coordination of wage setting, extension of collective agreements, social pacts on pensions and centralisation of wage bargaining can alleviate the adverse effects of skill-biased technological change. 相似文献
